All of the Billymc Retsupurae videos on YouTube. Especially this one.
school shootings and public massacres always warm the cockles of my heart and make me laugh. I always look on the bright side though. I bet those on the waiting list at Virginia Tech were kind of glad their chances of getting in were increased. Happy ending.
Jokes from the movie Airplane always make me laugh
Bitte meine beliebte Nazi mods, keine bannerino, weil ich auch eine Nazi Scwein bin! Danke schön
I think the thing that makes me consisnetly laugh the most are those Smosh's "If X Were Real" videos. Apart from the fact that it's wonderfully deconstructive, it's just always great to laugh at, because you always know there's going to be something well thought out. It doesn't even have to be well thought out, it just have to be realistic, which is something you rarely see in movies/video games/cartoons etc.

Certain lines in Saints Row the Third (there's so many I can't even remember most of them)
Stop Meeting the Heavy
Every single episode of RoosterTeeth's Let's Play of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition
