First time you drank alcohol?

It happened sometime when I was 5 years old. My dad convinced me into thinking his wine bottle was filled with fruit juice. He even poured a glass for me and watched me drink.
It was also the last time I drank alcohol... "Never again" I said back then.

Anyway, When was the first time you ever drank alcohol?

My father is an alcoholic so of course he tried getting me into drinking, but he made the mistake of giving me something shit tasting so I had a sip and threw it away. Then again I am glad he didn't give me something nice as otherwise I would have thrown that away to as I didn't exactly want anything he gave me so it would have ruined my future drinking.

As for the first time I actually drank properly, it would be at the Glasgow meetup, I found I had a fondness for Koppenburg mixed fruit cider there.

Theres loads of nice ciders like that, another Swedish one is Rekorderlig and id rate that at pretty much the same. If you like other tasty alcohol drinks, most flavoured cider and mixed spirits are extremely tasty, a pre-mixed example being WKD. Wine is very tasty too.

I was probably about 7 years old or so and I took a sip of my dad's beer to taste it. I actually didn't dislike the taste even though it was kind of bitter. It was about a year or two later when I had my first sip of wine. Then when I was about 10 years old I started to occasionally sneak sips of my uncle's brandy from his flask.

I went off to college at 15, so.

But looking back, they were shit at drinking; most of them stuck to Jim Beam and Coors Light. I only started drinking properly when I went to Germany last year. There was one bar where they had ouzo shots for only one euro; most things are at least twice that.

I was 12, and I even remember that it was about 5 P.M., and it was the day before my birthday. I stole one of my dad's bottles and had a sip, thinking that I was "cool" after having read that the average was that most kids drank before they were 13 (don't worry, I'm not that much of a douchebag in my thought process today. At least I hope not).

i was 12 and my dad took me to his friend's house and they were partying before going off to see some washed up hair metal band in concert (poison, i think)

they were all extremely drunk and my dad got me to drink a screwdriver

i liked the taste so i kept drinking them (i had 3 or 4) and then they had me help their teenage daughter set up a filesharing program (slsk) that she had no idea how to use

i passed out in her bed (i was more tired than actually drunk, but i wasn't really sure what was happening anymore)

I do admit to enjoying a nice glass of red wine, it takes me a long time to drink it as I can only manage a sip at a time due to the powerful flavour but it is very warming. If you ever want to make me a happy man bring me a bottle of sweet red and tight tareable clothing.
