I still play a ton of Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and Sonic Spinball. It's probably a tie between those two titles.

It would be a threeway tie between dynamite heady, comix zone, and the original xmen game. I liked sonic, (sonic cd being my personal favorite) but that seems like it's going to be the most popular choice.

All are a totally different style of game and they're all pretty damn fun.

Probably the Streets Of Rage series since it's the only port that's truly mastered. Either that or the instant classic Bonanza Bros.
