Sure, and it'll make up for another award winning MTV show: "Snooki and Pregnant".

There are many possibilities to what might happen to that kid.
It will get exploited on some spin-off series.
She will leave it in a car with the windows up while she parties.
She might drop it multiple times due to her being drunk.
Or all of the above.

It's sort of hard to predict what she'll do with her personal life and I doubt that her behavior on television is an exact representation of her personality. It's certainly not impossible for her to be a good parent.

she was very selective in the episode of snooki + jwoww where they choose what house to live in

she considered even the minute details

she'll do well with a child

jwoww was far too focused on status and what was cool in that episode, but everything snooki talked about was practical (even if only for partying/having fun)
