10 years is the minimum it might be that I might even die without accomplishing it.I have all the time in the world,I am depressed and have no one to talk to please some one tell me what I have to do. I want to start 8 hours a day minimum.

I think back then there were no face books to connect with long distant families.I also would use it to check newsletters from gamespot and disney. Does anyone remember msn chat.

i grew up in the 90s the internet was still as unreliable as hell when i was 8, if i wanted to connect with a long distance family, which i've had my whole life, i wrote them a letter and mailed it to them. I don't see what's wrong with kids doing that till they're 13 even today.

I don't think the government is going to step in if a kid watches an R rated movie online. That is a huge waste of government time. Plus if you are under 13 and watch a horror flick that is rated R with parental permission its perfectly legal. They cannot prove that a parent or guardian was allowing them to watch the R rated flick. Hell there is no way to really "prove" the age of the user. The person using the computer might not be it's owner anyways. So the gov't is probably going to only go after serious cases. Not just some kid goofing around the internet looking at R rated things.

The government is only going to step in if something severe happens. I think that if they are going to track down pedos and keep them away from kids that is a good thing. those creeps should not be around children and should be punished to the fullest extent.
