I'm sorry Antarctica is a continent, not a country plus there are no cities or governed bodies either. I can't accept Antarctica.
If you're going for the cold effect can I suggest the following:
Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia
Hey, this year I'm going to do Estonia.
Song name: Unkown at this time

Awwwww darn, looks like Antartica wont be in it again. lol I had tried it the very first time around i joined in this and someone else had had North Pole as one of them, but it looks like it's gotten all serious in here.
I will honestly have too put more thought into what i'll try and represent

We're all friendly, that's the whole point this contest was created! I created it to meet some NG audio members and to make new friends, now it's become a popular contest and so many people get to meet fellow artists!
I'm glad you've chosen to take part :)

Representing a country is srs bsns. Yeah... there's a list here of what I can accept. All of them except the ones with countries in brackets at the side I can take along with Hong Kong.

Having been brought up there for nineteen years, I do look forward to what you're going to produce. I will be keeping watch over your submission for the RAC like a hawk.
That having been said, if I do finally decide to join, the UK is mine!

I do believe it was already stated that the UK had already been shotgun by someone else via PM.

Well then, I'll either decide on another country or sit out the competition. If the UK and Ireland aren't available, there's a fair chance I'm out.

Ah oops. My bad! So it is taken by me after all. Okay, I'll go by what I initially said -- I need time to decide.

WHY MUST YOU PUT SUCH A HEAVY BURDEN ON MY SHOULDERS? OH WOE IS ME
...But seriously, though, I have very little knowledge about traditional Malay music, so hopefully, with a crash course in Malay music history, I won't screw up. HOPEFULLY

Burden? More like a challenge! I grew up literally having all the different traditional musical forms from every single state rammed down my throat at one point in time during my primary/secondary school years. That was a burden. Now I would have loved to be encouraged to read up more on Palestrina and Thomas Tallis (something which I have the occasion to do now), but hey, there you go.

I'm assuming you took music classes that's taught by really good teachers. For some reason, I'm actually glad I didn't go through all that. Probably would've lost all interest in music.

For one, you either have really good teachers, or a passion, or a musical parent. I had at least three good teachers during my lifetime, and my mother was musical (I say was because, if you followed the May NAC, you know what happened to her). I had the passion, but the whole bit about reading up on Tallis and Palestrina only came very, very recently, what with me discovering plainchant and loving it.
