I think most likely he's playing an exaggerated version of himself. I know he was on ThatGuyWithTheGlasses for awhile as the Distressed Watcher and nearly everyone there plays an exaggerated version of themselves or a character in some way. Of course, given how some atheists can be rather harsh, I wouldn't be surprised if he was like that. If Doug Stanhope can say Christians are more evil than Nazis, TheAmazingAtheist can do anything.
