I know there are some of you out there that play pokemon. There are so many different pokemon games, and all of them are so awesome. But everybody has had to have a best team in one of the games. So from all of the pokemon games that you have played, what is your best pokemon team?

Not my best, but my dream team.

This is going back pretty far, but if I remember correctly in Pokemon Yellow I would use Pikachu, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo and Gyarados/or Blastoise. That was my best elite four team and I think they were all level 100 at some point. I don't know why I had two lightning pokemon but I never took pikachu off because pikachu.

lucario with the moves: extreme speed close combat dragon pulse and stone edge
zoroark with the moves: night daze foul play flamethrower and focus blast
swampert with the moves: hydro cannon blizzard surf and hammer arm
snorlax with the moves: zen headbutt rest sleep talk and last resort
dragonite with the moves: draco meteor fly hyper beam and hurricane
and electivire with the moves: ice punch thunder giga impact and earthquake
there are couple more pokemon i use but this is my main team that i use, other pokemon are: milotic, garchomp, arcanine, spiritomb, blastoise, typhlosion, braviary, hitmonlee, lapras, excadrill, accelgor, gengar and escavilier

It's different for every game but I always have a starter Pokemon, a flying Pokemon, and a water Pokemon in my party. I usually have an HM slave to save the move slots for better moves for my other Pokemon.

Lol, kinda hard to say really. I've played the gen I-IV games lots of times and have had many different teams and never really let them battle each other to see which one's best. Also, I can't really make a fair comparison based on how much ass they kicked in the game either.

Anyway, I suppose my best was for Red, when I still used legendaries and had a team with Mewtwo, Zapdos and Articuno in it (along with Charizard, Dragonite and Alakazam).

But afterwards, if I had to make a guess, I think my Platinum team is one of the best I've ever had. It has:
Garchomp
Dragonite
Metagross
Milotic
Togekiss
Roselia

Lucario and Gengar as back-ups.

Lots of semi-legendaries, which is still a little lame but whatever.

Jolteon (Way better than Pikachu)
Tauros (He's a beast)
Snorlax (His counter attack could KO anything)
Venusaur
Blastoise
Charizard

Substitutes worth mentioning: Gengar, Pidgeot, Feraligatr, Heracross, Sceptile

Other than being my main homie that was through it all with me in Sapphire, he's a ground/water pokemon. Had Earthquake, Fissure, and other hard hitting water type moves.

I never made a proper team in gen 5, but this was my one at the end of gen 4.

I really, really hate going through the process of EV training, but I always find myself doing it anyway.

I do never care much about natures though, unless I get one that's completely hindering.

The first time I bought Yellow, I had a strategy from the start. I was only ever going to use Pikachu no matter what gym I was facing. I spent every bit of money on potions, and beat the Elite 4 with just a level 100 Pikachu and a shit ton of potions. I was so proud of myself.
