All cats that have white fur are cute.
Cat A does not have white fur.
Cat B is cute.
Which of the following statements is true?
A. Cat B does not have white fur.
B. Cat B has white fur.
C. All cats that are cute have white fur.
D. Cat A is cute.
E. Both cat A and cat B have white fur.

I chose B, but I think it could be C too...
That's one of those trick questions that have a trick answer, but I don't see it there. Did you come up with this?
This is my signature. It is a nice signature.
It doesn't say that a cat must be white to be cute. None of these answers fit definitively.
I'm with e-lord. Any answer would just be speculation (as you can tell from previous posts with the word "think"), not logical.
C seems more of an inverse statement that is false, because there could be a brown cat that can be cute. So there's the counterexample to that.
It is B.

Youve been playing this game, havent you
A short game of logical argument; a dark philosophical adventure.
These questions can have more than one answer, the question simply stated which of the following was true, it didnt say only 1 of them was true. However, with this certain situation, there is only one true answer, with the rest being debatable.
We can go ahead and rule out D, since cat A doesnt have white fur, and cats with white fur are cute.
We cant rule out C tho, because even tho all cats that have white fur are cute, that doesnt necessarily mean that all cats that are cute have white fur.
So that leaves us with A, B, and E
We can go ahead and infer that B is true, because cat B is cute. But what about A and E then?
Well we can obviously rule out E, since that contradicts with one of the original statements.
We have to rule out A as well, since cat B is cute
And that leaves us with B being the only true answer. You could also say that E is also the only true wrong answer.

It's C. Cat B doesn't need white fur to be cute. It never said other colored cats were fugly.
I am hilarious and you will quote everything I say.
