I suppose one inspiration for me is Werner Voss, the legendary German WWI pilot who single-handedly took on 8 British aces and damaged every single one of their fighters before he was shot down. It was said that his skills rivaled that of the Red Baron himself. Even though he died in that battle, the story of his courage, strength, and tenacity really struck a chord in me.

My idols and inspirational figures.

Armin Mersmermann, Jerry Stith, M. C. Escher, Marwan Rasamny.

The first 3 are artists who influence my art heavily. The last is the chair of my department who puts in alot of effort to teach everyone at my university and help guide us into a good career in computer science. Dr. Rasamny is actually a main contributing factor to me pulling my life together and really taking things seriously, i owe a lot to him.
