I heard it many times before but just can't seem to remember the name, it's killing me!
My friend sent me this video telling me to check out this band's pro orchestra but I am 100% sure they took this from somewhere!

It sounds similar to a track from ff7, but it probably isn't. A lot of orchestral pieces will sound similar since certain chord progressions are more pleasing to the ear for a lot of people. So it is more than likely just a coincidence that this sounds like something you have otherwise heard before.

Definitely sounds like something from a FF game. That small bit you mentioned sounds a bit like Aeris's theme from FF7 but I'm pretty sure it's just coincidence.
