so i found out recently that Nintendo are going to make a remake for link to the past or majoras mask and in my opinion i would have majoras mask, but what do you think?

I don't think either of them should get a remake, they both hold up perfectly well today.

How about the least popular entries in the series like The Adventure of Link or Link's Awakening?

I like both, but i prefer Majora´s Mask because it has a darker history

I would prefer a remake to Majora's Mask to be honest.

A Link to the Past still holds up well graphically while Majora's Mask awkard 3D isn't as nice as it looked back in the day, so I think it would benefit better from a remake.

I would play a remake of Majoras mask.

I like A Link to the Past more, but there is no need for a remake. If Majora's Mask was being remade for 3DS I would consider buying a 3DS. There's actually a lot for it that I want to play and they just released their XL version. I need to get rid of my Vita...

Pretty much this. I wouldn't mind both, but Majora's Mask would probably be better suited for a remake.

Personally I would love to see a remake of Majora's Mask, with improved graphics and some extra content. Though in my opinion the game is still fine compared to today's standards. It's not like it aged that badly.

A remake of A Link To The Past would be interesting as well I guess. Especially if they go 3D with it (3D graphics, not for the 3DS).

If I had to choose I would pick Majora's Mask.

I would go for a Majora's Mask remake. A Link to the Past still looks and plays well; Majora's Mask, on the other hand, hasn't aged fairly well. A Majora's Mask but with upgraded visuals and controls would be very nice.

there isnt a point to remaking either of them, they are both on the wii virtual console..... unless you mean remake majoras mask like oot :3d was, but still if you wanted to play them today and cant get a cartridge, just buy the virtual console versions on the wii

Link to the Past still holds up well in every department. Majora's Mask, though still good for its time, can hardly hold a candle to modern Zelda games. It's the more deserving a remake. It's for much of these same reasons that Link's Adventure would also be a good candidate, or for them to retry doing a zelda game in an action RPG format.

I would say Majoras Mask because it was my favorite Zelda game of all time. But, I wouldn't mind a remake to Link to the Past since it was pretty fun too.

from what I know the choices are either the remake of majoras mask, remake of link to the past, or a sequel to link to the past. personally id like to see a sequel, only cuz its an amazing game and id like to play sth new rather than replay a zelda game for the 7th time :p

I prefer A Link To The Past over any Zelda, (IMO) its the best one but....Majora Mask deserves the remake because seeing The Moon remade would look amazing but...fuck that Wind Waker 3DS!!!!

I have yet to play Majoras Mask, but I do have ALttP already. So going by that I would want a Majora's Mask remake.

But it was only like the third LoZ game. It was a defining game for the series, how could it not feel like a "real LoZ game"?

Are you high? While i've got nothing against Majora's Mask, I think it's the most far out from "feeling like a real Zelda game" considering it's got nothing to do with the rest of the series pretty much. But a core game like ALttP created and defined what truly was a Zelda game.

im beginning to question whether you really are 18 years old, or perhaps you didnt start playing zelda up until wind waker because a link to the past is the true stem that came out of the roots of zelda (the roots being legend of zelda). all the other games are just branched out versions, links awakening, the oracles, and minish cap. they all originate from that master piece...... legend of zelda II was a mistake lol
