I realized I had never done a real walk cycle (with humans that is). So I made this: http://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/f3838871d42b690140bc3ec0 ca91fa70
What do you think? Is it fluid enough?

Technically it's fine. I'd add more frames. It feels a bit too choppy and a bit too fast for a walk.
Are you happy with it? Is it what you want?
Its walking too fast. I usually add a step sound effect as a placeholder to get my timing right. It does not look like a relaxed walk. It kind of looks like a person on a NordicTrack machine. keep on going as you'll get better if you do more.
AHA! You see that?! You see THAT! Near the end of the cycle when it loops it repeats the same frame twice! Get back in that there keyframes and delete the duplicate!
Added more in-betweens.

I'd pay more attention to how arms and legs bend while walking (observe real people walking) and adding feet always helps.

Better, but the head goes missing in one of the frames.
Looks better. You should do another one but more subtle. The forced extended of the limbs of the walk is arkward (unless that is your intention). You should try controlling block shapes so you can get better control of your figures and to lower the squiggly effect of your lines.

Thanks for your advice. I was kind of going for exaggerated movement for learning how the body moves.
