gamespot has no taste so they gave this game a 4 xd

but anyways, has anybody played it? it's a pretty good game. I'd suggest getting it since it has the best maps in the series.

There's a PC portavailable for those who want to play it.
You'll have to find or rip a ROM yourself though, for obvious legal reasons it's not packaged with the unofficial port.

IMO it's one of the best games in the series.

Despite being a huge N64 fan, I've never played this. I guess I'll have to look at it now since you've given it such praise.

What? it's not my favorite fps, but it's my favorite doom game.

I thought Doom 2's map were bad.

It's not canon...

But neither is Doom 3, so enjoy it.

Fun fact: Doom 64 was the first Doom game to have one room on top of another. (Quake was the first game)

It's just a visual trick in Doom 64 actually. You're right about Quake though.
