New Kingdom Hearts For The 3ds

Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance is said to come out in July 31 of 2012. This game takes place after Kingdom Hearts RE:Coded and takes Riku and Sora to the dream realm so they can take the Mark of Mastery to become Keyblade masters. It is said that the game takes after Kingdom Hearts RE:Coded And preludes of Kingdom Hearts 3. So that could maybe mean that they'll might be a Kingdom Hearts 3 for you fans. I pay no attention to any of these random filler games they have been making. Kingdom Hearts 1 was good, 2 was great, 3 still has yet to be made. Any other may as well just be dirt on a beach for all it's worth.

I suggest you get birth by sleep and 358/2 days.
Birth by sleep for it being a prequel, and 358/2 for it's cooperative multiplayer.

Most of these spin-offs actually do contribute to the plot, Birth By Sleep especially. They're not pointless.

I feel the exact same way. What the fuck is wrong with simply making 1,2 & 3 in order rather than making these weird (canon) titles for each of the different handhelds?

Actually, you don't need the circle pad pro in order to play it. I've tried the demo, it plays fine without the attachment.

I never wanted to nor can I presently shell out for a Gameboy DS and a PSP. I had a Gameboy Advance for Chain of Memories, which I never finished because KH2 came out and I jumped right to that one. I'm sick of console exclusivity.

And what's an even bigger slap in the face because they remade CoM for PS2 after KH2 came out. I'm worried that the moment I finally buy a PSP they'll remake BoS/358/2 Days/re:Coded. Hell, they probably will if they think they can make more money off of it (cough) Final Mix (cough).

My friend gave up after the first game, said the plot was getting overcomplicated and the original theme about "a brave boy searching for his friends" was perfect. Honestly, I'm starting to agree with him. I'm getting older, and all this sidetracking is just leaving a lot of nostalgia from the first two games in place of Kingdom Hearts 3.

Worse yet, I'll get more spoilers about BoS and DDD the longer I try to ignore them. Already spoiled 358/2 Days awhile ago.

All I see is pointless BS that won't amount much to anything. I done mind them extending the story those who want to know it. I can see the appeal in that, I have thought about picking up some of the games that talk about Roxas backstory more, because the one thing that intrigued me most in Kingdom Hearts 2 was the main story (the Disney stories sucked).

I wonder if Square will even give us Kingdom Hearts 3 or if they're just doing a combination of a cock tease and a cock block.
