As great as this idea is, I'm a member of a website with a similar idea, called www.wheresgeorge.com. The only problem with this is that it takes a LONG time for bills to reach others, because some people don't look at their money, some don't have internet access, and some just keep spending and spending. I've had one bill that stayed in my area for over 2 years. I was the first one to touch it.
Not to mention that most of the money you spend stays in that area. Sure, it'll go to a nearby state, but that's about it. I live near Philadelphia, and I think the farthest bill I've ever recieved was one from West Virginia. Not very far.
But go for it. It could create some buzz for the site, but it could take a while. The only thing is that I suggest that Newgrounds.com not sell dollar bill stamps and whatnot, because I heard that wheresgeorge.com got into some trouble for doing that.
