Did you know:

82% of carrots are consumed at home.
20% of consumed carrots come from within the food service sector.
Restaurants with table service account for 11% of fresh carrots consumption.

Rather alarming statistics, no? Personally I'd like to see more carrot consumption across North America.
Carrots are good for you! They make you live longer, help you learn how to swim, increase your paw-eye coordination, and they taste great!
