Art Portal Problem

When I try to submit art it says no images over 40000 allowed yet my image is way below that.

What size is the image? Do you get that message in multiple browsers?

I forget exactly but it was under 300 by 300. I only tried Chrome.

hmm... seems to be some uploading issues all around. Are you able to upload it to your dump at all?
