From what I've seen Nolan does Bane justice.
Even though Bane isn't Hispanic, he seems to be the terrifying venom fueled genius he was in the knightfall series, and not the dumb meat-bag from batman and robin.
I can't wait to see it.

Bane will BE this movie, just as Joker was The Dark Knight. Bane will make you shit your pants in awesome. Bane will be superior to Joker in almost every way (obviously he's no comedian).
Thus saying that, I still think R'as al Ghul was just simply awesome to me and I can't wait to see him on the big screen again.. and I'm trying to avoid spoilers but I hope Marion Cotillard actually is Talia al Ghul and helps Batman stop Bane forming his own League of Shadows.

There are so many movies based on comic books recently. I will also watch this movie with my dad when it comes out on DVD along with The Avengers, and the new Spiderman movie.
I did like The Dark Knight, though it felt as though it dragged on forever. The action scenes in particular felt never ending. I also liked Heath Ledger as The Joker, but his performance is incredibly overrated.
I'm going through a bit of a Batman craze right now, so I'm looking forward to seeing The Dark Knight Rises.

All those countries, (with the possible exception of New Zealand, I'm not sure), are notorious for butchering films with censorship.
Granted, this new Batguy film probably isn't going to be explicitly violent or whatever, but you can take some consolation in the fact that you're going to be receiving the full, finished product, and not something that's been molested by film classification boards staffed entirely by hypersensitive soccer-moms.

I think people are setting themselves up for dissapointment about the ending.
I really, really, really doubt that Batman will die.
I think he will either retire, or decide that he wants to continue being Batman for foreseeable future.
I think the latter is more likely.
