I always feel tired and have rings under my eyes....I need more sleep
I've tried to force myself to get up early every day in the hope that I would be able to go to sleep earlier, but things aren't working out yet...
Any faster or alternative ways of changing your sleeping pattern so you get more sleep?

I gotta start doing that, I let my anxiety get to me on nights that I need to sleep a lot and I get insomnia.
I've always found that reading a book before bed always helps me sleep better. Maybe you could try that.

I've been getting insomnia lately, too. Don't worry about getting sleep. Just relax and let it happen. Don't focus your mind on anything at all, no matter how mundane. Just let go and completely let your mind wander. I have this problem.
Sleeping with a loud fan in my room gives me incredible dreams. I guess the white noise deprives me of hearing so my brain makes shit up or something, I don't know.
