I always feel tired and have rings under my eyes....I need more sleep
I've tried to force myself to get up early every day in the hope that I would be able to go to sleep earlier, but things aren't working out yet...
Any faster or alternative ways of changing your sleeping pattern so you get more sleep?
Take a sleeping aid.
Those who do not learn from the mistakes of their past are doomed to repeat them.

When you have sex, its easier to fall asleep knowing theres a big strong man next to you to ward away the monsters
take tons of ambien, then drink some alcohol to make it work faster.

step 1: exercise more if you have a sendatary life style.
step 2: avoid using the computer or watching television late at night
step 3: have a warm shower before bed to give you a sensation that your body is cooling down rapidly after the shower.
step 4: keep your room as dark as possible when you are about to go to bed.
step 5: sleep.
Yeah, I make no sense.

I gotta start doing that, I let my anxiety get to me on nights that I need to sleep a lot and I get insomnia.

This guy just won the thread, BTW. I'm still laughing at this.
I've been getting insomnia lately, too. Don't worry about getting sleep. Just relax and let it happen. Don't focus your mind on anything at all, no matter how mundane. Just let go and completely let your mind wander. I have this problem.
Sleeping with a loud fan in my room gives me incredible dreams. I guess the white noise deprives me of hearing so my brain makes shit up or something, I don't know.
I recommend this http://www.marleysmellowmood.com/
It works far better than Ambien or any other sleeping aid I've ever had. It's all natural and would put a fucking horse out.
Try to gradually change the time, if you change when you go to sleep too radically, you won't feel rested even when you sleep for the amount of time you usually do.
Ecchi first, ask questions never.
