i do a lot of art with the gimp program. newgrounds wont let me submit any of it because the file is a wierd format. ".xcf" i think it is. how do i change it so that it can be submitted to newgrounds.
is it possible to just re-name it and have it upload-able?

I don't have gimp but you should be able to hit save as and choose jpeg or gif.
