Steampunk of course. It's simply intricate and complex, yet it's used for so many things.
It also doesn't seem to be over zealous like cyberpunk.

I really love Steampunk, that's why I bought Bioshock.

I think Steampunk can also be called Victorian punk. I like both. But sometime I find Victorian/Steam punk in a much cooler perspective (probably I am into too much game here...)

I think both are great, but if I had to choose it would be steampunk. I just love Victorian era clothing!

I like Cyberpunk. Because for several reasons:
1. I like my future to be gritty, scary and shit.
2. I want a future that is full of ads wall-to-wall, and an Asian one too (I'm half-Asian)
3. I believe that cyberpunk has arrived already in the real world. There are dystopian elements in it.
4. I want a Moon base and a Martian base! And planetary mining! And a colony that has a revolt on Mars! And mutants! And three breasted women!
5. Cyberpunk looks dark, scary, depressing and resembling a slice of Hell. My preferred choice.
6. There are a lot of technology used. I want those technology. But some of it resembled as if it came from the past. A mixture of 80's and today's tech is recommended.
7. High tech, low life. That is my slogan. Not low tech, high life.
8. Cyborgs. Cool hair. Guns. Sunglasses. Technology. Female cyborgs. Lots of black clothes.
9. Music in the era? Techno. Loaded with electronic music.

I still like Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven Riven!

Steampunk - Fuck I don't even WANT to go into how fucking stupid steampunk is its good when done right but when it isn't its fucking shit fuck you steampunk fuck you

Cyberpunk, steampunk is to focused on the past. Cyberpunk is the future. Like the trailer of Cyberpunk 2077! Female Robots/Cyborgs, way more awesome! No let me correct that.... Awesomely Awesome!

steampunk basically has everything operating by steam and gears and cogs and clockworks where as cyberpunk, everything is slick, slender, shiny yet dark, lasers?

I favour steampunk a tiny bit more than its more modern counterpart, but in the end the execution of it is necessarily more important than the specific time era it's depicting.

Easily cyberpunk. Futuristic bio mechanical humans beat retro victorian steam powered cyborgs any day. never mind all the cool neon visuals and dark worlds of cyberpunk.

I don't really recognize any steam-punk or cyber-punk elements in that picture...

Both of them have their positives and their outlandish attire and theme, but I would go with cyberpunk, mostly due to the fact that I'm generally more interested in near-futuristic technology in a setting, than some impossibly wacky contraption powered by steam.

I have a penchant for steampunk. But cyberpunk done right is just as awesome, but easier to mess up.

Just beautiful.

Steampunk for pretty much every reason you said but for steam.

It all depends on the setting. Regardless, though, I can't really decide.
