Is it possible to export a Flash movie in High Def with doc settings at 800x450? I'm very new to this so I would appreciate any advice on the matter :)

Was the flash movie originally 800x450? If so, then you should have no problem exporting it as a .swf. If you're interested in exporting it as a video, there are a variety of programs that can help do this, let me know if this is what you want and I'll elaborate.

Yes it was originally 800x450 and I exported it as a SWF with no problem, I wanted to upload it to Youtube so I used some free Swf to Avi converter and it worked, but I feel as though the quality could be better.
