I have to deal with it constantly. If I walk four blocks from my house I'm in Kensington, which is a drug addled shit hole of a neighborhood. You can't walk five steps without someone trying to get change or a cigarette off of you, and they're usually not even homeless. There's a one legged woman who sits outfront of the Dunkin Donuts everyday and probably makes more money than I do, not counting her social security checks.

I read the autobiography of a NYC cop, it said that panhandlers make hundreds of dollars every day. So they get no sympathy from me.

I actually hand money to my unemployed homeless friends, like the good person I am. One of them blessed me, and I was the biggest badass of the streets that day.

I've only ever seen 2 homeless people in my life. They were both too drunk to ask for money.
