UK charges £20 to appeal against Piracy allegations.

Suspected internet pirates will have 20 working days to appeal against allegations of copyright infringement and must pay £20 to do so, according to revised plans to enforce the UK's Digital Economy Act.

Basically these companies can suspect you of piracy and if you want to appeal that allogation your are fined £20 even though you might be innocent. Which is pretty much legalised Theft if this is passed. But it's not passed yet..
