Sound trouble

Hello, I am about to upload an animation on NG, but I have a problem.

When I was making my animation in flash, the sound sounded perfect, but when I exported it to SWF format and play it, the sound is crap.

I do not know why it sounds fine in FLA format but in SWF it sounds horrible.

What should I do to make the sound better?

You need to go to Publish Settings and increase the sound settings.
