Ted And Anti-seth Macfarlanes

I was just on RottenTomatoes because I was trying to look up a certain movie, and I found this.

Now, knowing that many of you hate Seth MacFarlane, (I, personally, do not hate him.) I want to ask you your opinion on how Ted will turn out? Personally, I think it looks pretty neat. It could either be a great movie, or a total bomb.

Either way, I'm seeing this movie.

I honestly feel like the more sex and flapping titties in a movie, the more crappy it is. It can be done tastefully, but often it is just thrown in there to lure people in because the story/acting/etc isn't good enough on their own so they have to use cheap tactics and gimmicks to get people to watch.

It looks mediocre, I won't be seeing it.

A talking thing that usually doesn't have the ability to talk that drinks alot and somehow sleeps with lots of hot chicks.

Personally, I'm sick of all the R-rated comedies out there. They're all about the same thing, for the most part: drinking and sex. It gets old. I won't be seeing the movie, either in theaters or when it comes to DVD.

I think it looks pretty bland but I know a lot of people that want to see it and I'll admit I smiled in the preview when they went through trashy white girl names.

I might watch it if in two years I flick on comedy central and it is playing. Assuming I've lose the remote, that is.

Overall I dislike the additude he's seemed to have had the last couple of years. The "every other comedian is shit" additude specifically. But still his stuff does give me enough laughs that I was willing to give this movie a chance.
I saw a preview before American Reunion and the bears voice was pure Peter. Peter the bear. I don't know when they changed it but that was the moment I knew this wasn't going to be anything new. Yes, I realized I wasn't going to see anything new while waiting to see an American Pie sequel. That must be the irony all the kids are tweeting about.
I don't wish harm on anyone but just maybe if this film fails he'll lose a little bit of that bulletproof sensibility.

The opening week for this movie is the week where I will shelter myself in my home. It doesn't take much to see that this movie is going to suck unless some kind of once-in-a-lifetime miracle happens.
But why will I shelter myself? Because EVERYONE in my school thinks Adam Sandler movies are funny, so that week will be just another barrage of stupid quotes and "U THINK IT SUX? LUL MORON"

How do you "know" that many of us "hate" Seth Macfarlane??? I personally think he and his work are overrated, but I don't hate him.

And as for his movie Ted, I will give it a try but am not expecting too much. It just looks a bit generic and stupid, in my opinion.
