3.93 / 5.00 4,634 ViewsHi folks. I´m programming an RPG game and I need some good music themes for battles, boss battles, dungeons, victory fanfares etc. I´m already using some great music themes from here and will mention the artists in the credits. I´d be happy to have more themes from newgrounds members and to produce a game together. :)
wow i messed up with the apostrophes :P
Hey,I'd be happy to participate. Here are 2 of my songs :
Alone in space
8bit-like video game loop
Check out my soundcloud if you to listen to more diverse songs : http://soundcloud.com/kevinpellegrini
Alone was really good and I can already imagine where I could put it in, although it might sound a little too dark for my game. Im not making a thriller or postapocalyptic RPG, but more of a Final Fantasy-like one.
The melody of dark castle really reminded me of a dungeon in a dark castle, but it sounds too Retro for my game. I would prefer some Classical music, or at least something that sounds less electronic. You know what I mean?
Ill check out your page if I can find something else there and thank you for your interest!
All of the music you posted were really entertaining. I could imagine them as backgroundsmusic for some futuristic RPGs! I wouldnt change anything of it. But the problem still remains, that they sound too futuristic for my game.
But Warming Up was amazing! I think thats a theme that I will definetely use for my RPG. Thanks for your effort!
Here's a few from me, pm me if you're going to use it :)

If you still need a piece, I can write a new one for you. Here's a sample from an RPG Concept that I had created a long time ago.

Hey thanks for the good comments ! I totally understand that the music needs to fit the game perfectly.I've been working on a new song called Escaping,it sounds more classical (more like Warming Up).The only problem would be that the drum is a bit too loud but I can totally fix it.
Soundtrack to your escape
If you're still looking for music I could write a song according to the details you'd give me.
Sounds like a pretty cool project. Please take a listen if you still need music.
I have plenty of audio samples here

More recently I have been working on orchestral themes, retro game themes, and Dubstep like sound design.
looking forward to speaking with you.

Mostly EPIC trailer music but i can easily make loop-able tracks similar to those at a rate of 2 a week.
If you like my music get in touch!
Hey your project seems pretty cool. And I'm not totally sure you'd even be interested in a song like mine, but if you are I think that my song "Freedom's Call" would be good for a cut-scene type thing.
The gentle sound of a harp drifts through the rolling hills of an unrestrained land.
~"Classical" composer, always looking for something to write~
