You linked to something that proved you wrong.
It says "Occurring once every two weeks" although mention for UK English it can mean "Occurring once every two weeks" but it doesn't really make sense because in all English bimonthly means once every two weeks.
make it the FWAC so it doesn't confuse people

It's a great idea, but I think the problem is that you started off with something too complex. Facial expressions are subtle and challenging for even the more seasoned animators. Maybe give it one more try, but with something that uses bigger/full body movements... hopping, jumping rope, throwing a ball, etc.
