Needing help with game making. 2012-06-14 17:45:01

I plan on staring to make flash games because i aways wanted to be a game creator, and i don't know where to start. I wanted to use Adobe Flash Maker to make my games, but i can't afford it. Does anybody knows a good and free program for flash game making? I tried Game Maker 8, but it can't make games on SWF format and i can't post other formats on Newgrounds... help.

There's a whole forum for The Games Factory 2 and a Stencyl Game Contest running in the Collab forum.

If you end up going with Flash, you can ask for help in the Flash forum. (Unless you need help with the animations within your game, then you would ask here.)
