The Mamas and the Papas have always felt like music you could set in the background and bob your head to. I've heard of them through a strange rearrangement of California Dreaming one day, bypassed GEMA Youtube restrictions with hidemyass, and found myself enthralled by the mellow, melodic approach they undertook.

At the end of the day, this song is very analog and fuzzy in tonality. Heavily reliant on its catchy, bubblegum chorus like a 60s tune, it makes for something that can lift moods or incite a retro atmosphere in a Fallout-esque clip.

7/10, for not really hitting any emotional edge, but for forming a comforting mood and generally being 'good music' in my ears.
