I Need a "Digitalizer"

So heres the deal, i got abt $100.000 CLP (Chilean pesos, yes im from chile) to spend on a drawing tablet/digitalizer or however the fk u wanna call it, but since im a total troglodite on these kinda things i need sum help choosing one so i dont regret spending my drug money on sumthing thats completely useless/mediocre...
