Im looking for a app developer that has good knowledge in the arts of app developing.

Basically in a nutshell, if you hop on the website www.livehotspotnyc.com you'll notice that this website provides hourly updates on the nightlife in NYC.

I need an app which can provide the same information, as well as pop notifications whenever a new update is posted. Im not to familiar with the whole process in making it, but if anyone has any questions, i can be sure to provide answers.
