It reminds me of that one time when police recieved thousands of letters from people claiming to be Jack the Ripper. Only one of them seemed authentic as it contained an actual kidney. Maybe there's some copycat killer coming out after all these years who's killed other people? Then again, there haven't been any reported murders in the area, but maybe that guy is just that good at maybe it look like an accident.

Yeah, some gay guy with AIDS and an animal cruelty history / relationship with a murderer killed some guy, cut the body in many parts and mailed some of 'em. He's currently wanted by police.
