Most of this doesnt scream zombie really. The kid biting his cousins nose off sure isnt zombie related, they were drunk and arguing. It's just weird how he bit his nose. Same thing with the man biting the woman in westchester, weird, but not really zombie related. Everything else, well, is just creepy. Increase in rabies, Human Mad Cow Diseases everywhere, I dont like it. Not one bit.

Update on the "Biter". Turns out he was tripping on some crazy ass drug, known as "Bath salts." It's a mixture of chemicals, so technically it's sort of legal. It's got the power of meth squared.
It also raised his body temperature, which explains why he was naked.
