This is textbook hazing.

First day of work, they say you are dressed inappropriately and that you can't look the way you do. You offer to change and they say no, you must wear an embarrassing and attention calling bathrobe. Then they offer you the choice of wearing an equally embarrassing sweater which goes down to your ankles. (Essentially a big snuggie?) All while still expected to carry out your professional job duties. You can bet people around the office were snickering and making fun of her either behind he back or to her face.

Textbook hazing. Pretty bad a workplace would partake.

This woman is totally in the right to sue, or at least get some compensation.

I don't think it really had much do with her attractiveness (she isn't) or her tits (which are big). The way I see it the employers were just fucking around with her, and probably never had any intentions of keeping her on staff. They just wanted a laugh.

It wasn't due to her "attractiveness". It just says it's due to her way of dressing, which I see nothing wrong with. Even her breasts aren't that big. Why on earth would consider to tape them down? That would be really embarrassing hearing that you need a breast reduction or else.

Sounds like a compliment to me, but in these situation; it's really hard to believe the case.

I think as a private company, they have every right to fire someone for dress code violation.

I think the sue worthy issue is that they supposedly asked her to tape down her breasts and then forced her to wear that housecoat all day. Neither of those two options are okay. There's no way I would have waited to be fired after they asked me to tape down my breasts. I'd have quit then.

I dunno if she's full of it or not. I am a female and my employer said, "Your necklines are too low, make sure when you bend over, no cleavage shows." So I said, "Yes ma'am" and I layer several shirts to keep my boobs covered. Problem=solved.

Despite her rather average looks (she's not 'hot', but she's not THAT bad looking) and bitchy demeanor, if her company had no dress code and she dressed in the dresses shown in the video then in all honesty she has every right to sue the company for how they treated her. She's pretty clearly in the right, in this case - it's not like she was walking in with nothing but a bra and stockings. For all intents and purposes she was actually dressed pretty modestly.

From what I can tell, the only reason people are bringing up the religious standings of the store owners is because the store owners brought it up against the woman. They brought it up, so people have the right to call bullshit on it, if they feel they should.
