I want to make a Flash Game called What Up, Ducks?, and I don't know how to make a flash. Help!

As for resources, this is a great place to start: http://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/creator-resources

Talents generally required to make a game are: art, programming/coding, and sometimes music. Imo, you could probably get away with just using free sounds and music from the web. However, if you want to do a high quality piece, you'll want to get the sounds/music composed specifically for your game.

Motivation... that's up to you to do. You're the one that wants it to happen, so you gotta make it happen!
