I sorta spread my cheeks after I sit, and let the toilet seat keep them apart while I sit. It usually prevents any need for wiping, but I always wipe anyway, just to be sure.
More often than not, the toilet paper comes out clean and I never get any skid marks.
This isn't something I ever thought I would post
I had this problem when I was 7.
I'm now 17 and I don't think I've seen a skid mark since... well, when I was 7.

The trick is to wipe with your rectal-hole clenched until it's clean and then clean the inside of your rectal-hole by 1/3 of a finger left to scoop out any remains.
Does help if you spread your cheeks.

Use a washcloth or washrag after taking a dump. it works.
Wearing black underwear helps. At least for me. Just don't wear it for a while.

I have had problems with this in the past. I just now try to remember to take that stuff out manually with soap. I'm amazed at how much I've learned about cleaning my clothes since my parents moved away.
