Hey, i can't really get started with drawing, i'm new at drawing, i haven't really drawed before. So i suck at drawing... and i barely know how flash works. But what could be the best, after your opinion, to start drawing, (characters from cartoons, stickmen etc).

Watch animations on Newgrounds, see how other people design and animate there characters, try and incorporate these into your own work with your own style.

Don't bother with stickmen at all - nobody likes those. Start doing drawings of cartoon or videogame characters, and like Blounty said, watch other Newground cartoons and try and incorporate their style into yer drawings.

Ty. What if i gets the feeling to pause a project, and start on a new. So i work on them both, but at different times. Is that stupid, or doesn't that matter?

That doesn't matter at all. As long as your first project isn't postponed to the year 2020, then I'd say go for it. I take breaks from several projects of mine; I'm currently balancing 4 flash projects, and they're all making decent progress.

Practice, Practice, Practice. Watch a lot of your favorite flash animator's cartoons. A good tip is to pause the cartoon at an interesting motion by right clicking the video and unticking play. Then you can go through the frames by clicking 'forward' to see how they did it. Keep doing that and you'll improve a lot in no time.

I would advise to keep your projects short, about 3 months max per project. You will be able to learn more much quicker than spending at least a year on one thing for the sake of learning. Also, draw what you're interested in. Stick figures, Mega-Man, Zelda, human anatomy, WHATEVER! You're only gonna get better if you're interested in this. Best of luck.

Get inspired, and don't use "newfag" or anything with the word "fag".

For starters, stay away from stickmen! They won't help you learn, and there are simple ways to do something similar but actually gain a lot from it: http://www.animatorisland.com/?p=955

When you're first getting started drawing it's important that you try to focus on the real world and traditional life drawing. You don't have to be a photocopy machine, but you need to get a good grasp of proportion and solidity before you move on to adding styles and making it "Cartoony" or anything. I know that's tricky, because we want to dive right into the "fun" stuff, but it's very, very important. Skip the fundamentals and you'll be playing catch up for years and years later (trust me, I've been there).

There are some cool drawing articles here if you want to check them out. http://www.animatorisland.com/?p=591 <-- That one will probably be especially handy, as it's on Form and Solid drawing.

Above all keep at it! It won't come to you overnight, but you'll get there.
