hey, Im currently trying to upload a new animation and when im managing my project the flash file i choose loads up full but doesn fully load so i cant continue with the project till it does. Anyone able to help me out??

Could you please be a bit more specific? You said it loads up fully but then contradicted yourself saying it doesn't fully load. I'm going to assume you mean it takes a while to load and you cannot successfully track the progress of your project due to the wait time?

If that's the case, I'd suggest slipping in a preloader in the first frame. If I misunderstood you, then you'll have to rephrase your situation.
