Because people are idiots, and think it will acutally scar the girl/boy. I think it's a good idea, since you actually know the person, and you can relate to them, and it doesn't have the nasty consequenses like feeling like your nothing.

Because if it were legal and also not taboo, we would be a lot less diverse and so there would be more diseases. Its also debatable whether not one of those things that are alright for a one off thing every now and then, since a baby concieved through incest is waaaaay more likely to be unhealthy. In my opinion anyway, I wouldnt really care as long as theyre both consenting and they dont have a baby.
