I think I tore a ligament in my knee awhile back from heavy lifting or running. I never got it checked out and just let it heal.
So as of late I started running again and my knee has been bothering me. It's a pretty annoying pain but it's not to the point where I can't walk on it. It's really weird and doesn't feel right. I just wanted to know if you guys had any advice. I want to keep on running but I also don't want to blow out my knee completely. Oh and going to the hospital/surgery isn't an option.
