I thought only part of it was free. Oh and no I don't use it.

You're aware that the demo for FL Studio is entirely functional, excepting the ability to save a project in progress?

I'll tell you this, right off the bat -- I prefer demo FL Studio to Noteflight simply because Noteflight's samples are awful. I have Noteflight and full FL Studio, but I used the demo for around eight months.... and I felt the pain of not being able to save, and of losing my work whenever the PC overheated or restarted on me. I've even had to save my session for a maximum of nine days so that I could finish a piece.
But heck, I'd rather use something that'll give me quality final results.
Anyone who isn't against Noteflight?

Noteflight is fully online... It isn't something that can be DL'ed.
It seems to be a notation program, and for that it has two big advantages:
1 - It's free
2-You don't have to download it.
If you work on different computers, if you have to travel a lot and you can't always carry a laptop or a pad, then this is a pretty cool solution.
I prefer as notation program another free one, a bit easier to use, musescore and for sequencing and recording Mu.Lab.
I have a few fellow students in my composition studio who use Noteflight because they cannot afford a program like Finale. Their experiences with it seem to be mostly positive, especially for free content.
