$100 per sprite show weekly

I am looking for an animator for my sprite show "Weapon of PWNage". http://www.youtube.com/nosemilkmedia . Must be able to animate good exaggerated expressions like this one: http://youtu.be/Q4z8MkEavRc?t=53s , please review more of the WOP episodes . We are sort of mixing sprite style with regular animation style for something unique.. so you have to be good and be able to do it properly. This isn't just a regular sprite show with just all action and no talking, it contains character development and talking as well. On occasion we'll have music videos.

Job requirements:
1) Is available to do a 2minute 15 second episode weekly , pay is $100 for that amount of time, I cover paypal fees.
2) Must have understanding or have played old school games, such as Pokemon Yellow or Zelda DX. If you haven't, then you'll definitely have to do some research to get up to speed, as long as you understand the references.
3) I provide the concept, script, voices, your focus will be art/animation.

I wasn't happy with the first few episodes so I became real strict afterwards. Animation and work ethic - you have to be good, if you are new to flash then I will not accept your application. Link me to any of your work and a test may be required, since I am basically giving you a weekly ongoing job.

Honestly, I would love to pay you more, but its all I can afford with no real audience yet. As views grow I'll be glad to raise prices. I'm doing the best I can to compensate you for your talented time.
