How long do blammed files remain accessible on ungrounded.net? Are they immediately deleted as a file is blammed or moved somewhere else?

I read somewhere that admins had access to all blammed files, is that true?

As far as I know, blammed files are completely deleted from the site.

I'm not sure about the exact time, but I'm guessing for a few days, since I can still view blammed files from a few days ago.
