I've always wanted to eat shark meat.
My favorite kinds of fish include ahi tuna steak, unagi (eel), saba, (mackerel) California rolls, calamari, and tilapia (especially with the head still on it, meat hanging out, just pick from it). I have a feeling fried or boiled octopus would be a favorite of mine if I had ever tried it because canned octopus (pulpo) is so freaking good. I've had raw octopus, which was disappointing because it was so bland. The only sushi I've had that's more bland is raw squid.
