Kind of hypocritical of me since people always tell me my characters have a lot of hair, but damn, that'sa lot of hair!

Now this one ressembles my character... only a lot less violent and more feminine.

It looks like you scanned this, and the put a filter on it in Photoshop. Hes just blankly looking forward with no expression, stiff as a board. I would classify this one as generic wannabe anime, and that's not a place anyone should want to be. Hey, you wanted me to judge it.
You should/could improve;
Expression
Pose
Drapery
Anatomy
Drawing without the aid of grids
Line quality
Stop drawing anime (personal preference, but honestly do we really need more of this stuff in the world? Plus it stunts your growth in improving.)
So that's basically everything, good luck.

This one is better than the first picture that you posted in my opinion. The first one was nice, but like mentioned previously there is a lot of hair. My favorite thing about the first one is the shirt though. The folds in it are very smooth and flow well together. The second one is more favored though because of the hair. There is a good balance of hair in that one and another thing that helps the second drawing out more is the hat. The rings around the base of the hat are really nice! It gives it a sense of texture! Overall not too shabby.

This one isn't as good as the others, but perhaps it's because it is computer generated? Do you have a tablet? If so you should try adding more detail. I know manga is supposed to be simple, but it just looks plain and just like the other manga. P.S. What kind of program did you use to make the Chibi in?

DOUBLEPOST.SORRY. I went back and looked at the drawing again and I withdraw what I said in the previous post. This drawing is actually really good! I took a closer look at it and there is more than meets the eye. I really like the use of shadows you incorporated into it and the eyes have a nice glossy look to them. Although it's not a masterpiece it's still pretty good. It looks like you used photoshop?

SORRY DOUBLE POST

In my honest opinion, you should draw from real life references instead of going for the anime style. Nothing wrong with anime, but it's real difficult to work with it if you don't have a good foundation of human anatomy and proportions. Once you have that, then go onto any style you want (maybe even make up your own) and you'll find that your drawings will drastically improve.
learn the rules before you break them
