Black screen problem, please help.

When I try to play a movie, the screen keeps black, I can see the player options and even the charge meter, when I press play there is sound but no video, any help? my flash player is up to date.

It sucks hard, I have everything up to date, but this keeps happening, someone must know how to fix this...

The NG staff is still fixing that. Have you tried a different browser?

I have that peoblem sometimes too, but (for me anyway), the way to fix it that's worked every time so far would be to just refresh the page. I have I.E., so it may not work for other browsers, but when that happens, refresh. It can be a bit of a hassle on those big files, because you have to wait someitmes for them to load again, but it seems to work (for me anyway).

I use Firefox and I tried chrome and opera with no good results.
