I can't seem to get the picture settings on my TV right. It doesn't seem to matter what I set the screen to the picture is to wide for the tv so the sides of the picture get cut off. Can any tell me what I could do to fix that? I think my tv is a 22 inch screen.

Tried that before, didn't help,

To help clarify my problem these are my tv settings.
16:3 (This is the best I can get, but as I said the picture is too wide for the tv)
4:3 and Normal (These are not wide screen and I get black bars at the sides)
Cinema (The picture is too big for the whole screen)
