But why you do not support it when it's not 100%? Gender identity is more complicated than just binary qualification, and it seems the only reason (I can imagine) you would disregard SRS in it's current state is that it creates specimen that don't fit nicely into M/F labels*. But then, I'd like to find your opinion on transgendered people. Not TS, the ones who don't identify themselves neither as guys or gals.

You are encouraging whiners. You are attempting to create a concrete solution to a situation nobody fully understands yet. The only reason why people are so butthurt is because they let their excessive sympathy blind their objectivity. To see that, hey, these people were normal babies at one time! Whatever is going on in their heads isn't some kind of natural problem, no, it is because the brain is still a fucking mystery to everyone, and the 'psychological' factors that continue to elude every one last one of us are creating these illusions of wrong genders and wrong personas. Some how, the brain is able to do these things, and nobody truly understand why. I accept until I'm given a reason not to. Innocent until proven guilty. That's the idea behind my judgement of people.

You refuse to accept people based only your own preconceptions. At least that's what I have to assume, considering that you can't produce a single specific reason not to accept those people.

Being calm gets me nowhere. I only tried to be calm for the same practice where people abuse peace like a child that wants the world to do everything for them, and they don't have to suffer the world's un-biased chaos. We're arguing about gender reassignment surgery. You don't like it for some reason, but had to go off on a hug tangent about society as a whole to explain why. You still haven't stated how allowing gender reassignment surgery will, in itself, harm others.
